Coaching philosophy

Teaching players to hide their weaknesses and expose their strengths. You owe it to yourself and your teammates to work your hardest for the good of the team. Even if you think you are being outplayed, anything is possible with the right tactics. Never give up.

Awards/Recognitions

1998–2000: Played for the Albany Capitals of the American Soccer League. 1998: NSCAA New England Coach of the Year. 1998 and 2011: MAAC Coach of the Year. Director of Coaching for Everton America, an official partner of Everton FC of the English Premier League.
