Coaching philosophy

Being a mentor and an educator is a privilege. I believe that if you have knowledge then you should pass it on to those who do not. We as coaches have the opportunity to guide and inspire young minds so that they can reach their full potential and can be positively impacted not only on the field, but in life. Using positive reinforcement and creating a fun environment where children can learn at their own pace is essential. We have the responsibility to stress important values such as discipline, respect, team unity and sportsmanship. My ultimate goal is for all children I coach to develop the character and self-confidence they need to be successful. And to also learn life lessons from the sport which they can apply later in life.
