When signing up on sports sign up to make payment: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SPORTS SIGNUP SYSTEM IS NOT AUTOMATED FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS. You must fully complete the registration process for your scholarship application to be reviewed.

No player may begin training without the submission of the proper forms and down payment.

Scholarship offers do not apply towards kit fees or the sponsor supplement.  These must be paid in full by all players.

Uniform Ordering

The Eurosport direct ordering website enables you to purchase uniforms and DUSC/GGFC spirit wear.

This Uniform Kit is an extension of our 2-year program for one more year as a cost saving measure. Current DUSC/GGFC players who have full kits are not required to purchase new kits for next year. Current Academy players who will begin to play Travel soccer in the Fall of 2011 will need to purchase the full travel kit.

Overview: The new Eurosport direct ordering website enables you to purchase uniforms and DUSC/GGFC spirit wear directly from Eurosport at the same prices you have always paid. Players can also order regular (non-customized) soccer gear and club spirit wear from Eurosport. All purchases earn points which DUSC/GGFC redeems to purchase Coach Uniforms and advertising space. Players can sign up for the Goal Club and earn points (see information below). This document provides step-by-step instructions for ordering and uniform requirements. Uniform orders should be placed between July 1 and July 15 to ensure delivery before the season starts.  Additional items needed throughout the season and spirit wear including hoodies, warm stadium jackets, rain jackets, caps, etc. can be placed at any time through the website.

Jersey numbers: Travel Players will receive confirmation of their player jersey number no later than June 30 from their team coordinator. (Academy players, up through U11, do not need numbers on their jerseys.) In the event of a jersey conflict number because you have been moved to a different DUSC/GGFC team, please work with your Team Coordinator directly to determine what is your new jersey number.

STEP BY STEP ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Go to the DUSC/GGFC page of the Eurosport website.
• NOTE: There is a link on the top right to convert the site to Spanish if needed.
• On the left menu, from “TEAMS/PLAYERS”, select one of the following: “DUSC Academy Kit” or “GGFC Academy Kit” for Academy teams, “DOWNTOWN UNITED KIT” or “GOTHAM GIRLS KIT” for travel teams.
• On the left menu, from “REQUIRED/OPTIONAL”, select “REQUIRED” for the uniform items.
• ORDER GEAR AS LISTED IN UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS.  (below) Order additional quantity as desired.

NOTE: Jersey numbers are assigned by the club and should be obtained from Team coordinator for travel players.  Academy players do not need jersey numbers.
NOTE: Order carefully. Customized items are not returnable.  DUSC/GGFC is not responsible for ordering errors.

• Return to the prior screen by selecting “GO BACK TO TEAMS/PLAYERS” and select “OPTIONAL” to order DUSC/GGFC Spirit wear.
• SHOP EUROSPORT FOR NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS. Please be sure to do this through the DUSC/GGFC link as the Club receives credit for your purchase which helps purchase the coach uniforms.
• CHECKOUT. During checkout, you will need to set up an account on the Eurosport website. If you opt to set up a Goal Points account (see detail below), you will be eligible for goal point discounts (primarily on non-customized items) and get “points” for your purchases that you can redeem for merchandise.
• ITEMS WILL SHIP DIRECTLY TO YOU. Please note that items may arrive in multiple packages as they are shipping from multiple locations and customized items take additional processing time.

GOAL CLUB:

During checkout, you can sign up for GOAL POINTS by joining the GOAL CLUB. GOAL POINTS offers money saving price guarantees and earns you bonus points for your purchases. GOAL CLUB membership is $24.99 and is refundable if the savings to you do not exceed the cost.

The club has a goal points account as well. Every time you shop, the club earns points for which the club uses to purchase coach uniforms. Please be sure to use the link above to ensure the club is credited for your purchases that are not customized.

UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS:
