Players in this division are 8-9 years old.
The goal is to continue focusing on technical training, developing player confidence on the ball whilst introducing small group tactics and basic positional play.
Format
Games are played on full outdoor or full indoor fields depending on the season. Teams will each have 4 players + 1 Goalkeeper on the field (When playing indoors the format will be 6v6).
Coaches
This division is coached by volunteer (parent) coaches who are mentored by the club’s professional coaches and by the division coordinator. Each volunteer coach is trained at the beginning of the season and provided with a week-by-week coaching guide for the entire season.
