Downtown United Soccer Club's inclusive program has a simple idea:  teach a younger player the skills that he or she will need, play them in a supportive team structure, make sure the emphasis is on fun and you will grow strong, cohesive and competitive teams.

To support this idea, DUSC provides many different soccer programs for boys and girls which is supported by an organization consisting mainly of successful, professional volunteers and a team of highly trained and dedicated staff members.

The Travel Team Program is led by a team of volunteer coordinators and staffed coaches all managed by a staffed professional Director of Coaching and an organization of volunteers called the Travel Soccer Program’s Advisory Board.

Programs such as the Academies which provide professional training to young aspiring players is managed by a staffed professional Director of Coaching. These Academy programs include the Little Stars Academy and U6-U9 Programs. 

Clubs and Clinics programs offered by DUSC provide fun filled structured training sessions that are planned and executed by a team of staffed professional coaches.

The Recreational Soccer League is a volunteer based organization that executes seasonal soccer programs which are well defined by and supported with a staff of professional coaches and a managing organization of volunteers called the Recreational Soccer Program’s Advisory Board.

Various committees consisting of highly motivated and dedicated volunteers, help to execute the annual end of season Soccer celebrations and other significant events include the very important task of obtaining sponsors and donations to support the DUSC organization. These teams are created and managed by the DUSC Executive Board.

All programs within DUSC are managed by a team of successful and dedicated individuals who in addition to their own personal endeavors and careers volunteer their time to be members of the DUSC Executive Board. All coaches, advisory boards and committees report to and are managed by the DUSC Executive Board.

DUSC is a successful organization offering, sing 1982, a means to introduce and train young players in the game of soccer. All of which could not be done without the dedication of those within the DUSC Organization.
